Returns & Exchanges Policy

Overview

We want you to love everything you receive from Sauft. If something isn’t right, Returns to the original payment method are available within 7 days of delivery. Returns submitted after 7 days are eligible for store credit only within the remaining return window. Store credit issued by Sauft has no expiration date — it’s yours to use whenever you’re ready.

Store Credit:  Never expires. Can be used on any future Sauft purchase at sauftofficial.com.

2.1  Return Window & Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned to the original payment method within 7 days of the date of delivery. Returns submitted after 7 days and within 14 days of delivery will be eligible for store credit only. To be accepted, items must meet all of the following conditions at the time of return:

• Unworn and unwashed — the item has not been worn, laundered, or altered in any way

• Unaltered — no modifications, tailoring, or customisation have been made

• Free from odours, stains, pet hair, or any signs of use

• Returned in original packaging where possible

• Submitted within 14 days of the delivery date

Items that do not meet these conditions upon inspection may not be eligible for refund or store credit and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please note:  Do not ship any items back before receiving written confirmation from our team. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

2.2  Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

• Sale or discounted items marked as final sale at time of purchase

• Gift cards

• Soft Set bundles

• Cura Duo bundles

Standard bundles are final sale as a unit. Individual items within a bundle cannot be returned separately, as bundle pricing reflects the combined discount. If any item in your bundle arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

2.3  Cura Blanket Returns

The Cura Blanket is eligible for store credit return within 14 days of delivery, provided it is completely unused and in its original condition. As a made-to-order product crafted specifically for you, all returns are subject to strict quality inspection upon receipt.

2.4  How to Initiate a Return

Our dedicated returns portal is coming soon and will be available at sauftofficial.com. In the meantime, to begin a return please email us at support@sauftofficial.com with the following information:

• Your full name and order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Your reason for returning

• A photograph of the item(s) if the return is related to damage or condition

We respond to all return enquiries within 2–3 business days. Once approved, we will provide return instructions including the return address.

2.5  Store Credit Processing

Once we receive your returned item and complete our quality inspection, refunds for eligible returns submitted within 7 days will be processed back to the original payment method. Returns submitted after 7 days will receive store credit within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your store credit is ready and available to use.

Store credit never expires  and can be applied to any future purchase at sauftofficial.com.

2.6  Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please initiate a return for store credit and place a new order using that credit. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible without waiting for a return to be fully processed.

2.7  Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it immediately — no questions asked. That is our promise to every Sauft customer.

Please contact us at support@sauftofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item

We will take care of it right away at no additional cost to you.

Legal Notice

Sauft reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through sauftofficial.com. Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to the return policies of those respective platforms. Sauft reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
