Order & Shipping

1.1 — Order Processing

Every Sauft order is made with care. Once you place your order, please allow 3–10 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or new launches, processing times may be slightly extended — we’ll always communicate this through our channels.

1.2 — Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders totalling $100 or more. For orders under $100, a standard flat shipping rate of $7.99 applies. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and reflected in your order total before payment is completed.

1.3 — Made-to-Order Items

Select colors and sizes across our apparel line, as well as certain Cura Blanket colorways, are made to order — crafted specifically for you after your purchase is placed. For made-to-order items, please allow 14–30 business days for processing. Made-to-order status will be clearly indicated on the product page before you purchase. We appreciate your patience — every piece is worth the wait.

1.4 — Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after your confirmation is sent. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

1.5 — Domestic Shipping Only

Sauft currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is a priority for us as we grow — follow @sauftofficial to be the first to know when it becomes available.

1.6 — Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our items enter processing immediately after an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations after confirmation. If you need to modify your order, please contact us at support@sauftofficial.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot make changes to orders that have already shipped.

1.7 — Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. You may update your address in your account settings at sauftofficial.com at any time. Please note: address changes cannot be applied to orders that have already been processed or shipped. Sauft is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

1.8 — Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation, or if your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at support@sauftofficial.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number. We will investigate immediately and work to make it right. We recommend first checking with neighbors and your delivery area before reaching out.

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may be subject to delays beyond Sauft’s control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing. Sauft is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Standard Processing: 3–10 business days before shipment

Made-to-Order Processing: 14–30 business days before shipment

Estimated Delivery: 6–18 business days from order date

Standard Shipping: $7.99 flat rate on orders under $100

Free Shipping: On all orders $100 and over
