How long does it take to receive my order?

Every Sauft order is made with care. Please allow 5-14 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email. Estimated total delivery is 8-21 business days from your order date.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - free shipping on all orders $100 and over. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $7.99. The Cura Blanket always ships free since it exceeds the $100 threshold automatically.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders $100+. Flat rate of $7.99 on orders under $100. Simple.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Because many of our items go into processing immediately after your order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@sauftofficial.com and we will do our best to help.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after your confirmation email arrives. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. 

My tracking hasn't updated - what do I do?

Tracking can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. If it has been more than 48 hours with no movement, please contact us at support@sauftofficial.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it - what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please first check around your delivery area and with neighbors. If your package still cannot be located, contact us at support@sauftofficial.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work to make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Sauft currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon - stay tuned!

Why does the Cura Blanket take longer than other products?

The Cura Blanket is made to order - crafted specifically for you after your purchase is placed. This is what makes it special. Please allow 5-30 business days for processing. As our brand grows, these timelines will continue to improve. We appreciate your patience and every single order. 

What is your return policy?

We offer store credit returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit never expires. 

How do I start a return?

Our returns portal is coming soon and will be available at sauftofficial.com. In the meantime, email us at support@sauftofficial.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and your reason. We'll respond within 2-3 business days. 

Can I return the Cura Blanket?

Yes - the Cura Blanket is eligible for store credit return within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is completely unused and in its original condition. Store credit never expires.

Can I return a bundle?

Standard bundles (Soft Set, Cura Duo) are final sale as a unit - individual items cannot be returned separately since the bundle price reflects the combined discount. The Itinera Bundle has a 7-day store credit return window since it's a higher-ticket item. If any item in your bundle arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns receive store credit that never expires and can be used on any future Sauft purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it - no questions asked.

How long does store credit take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit is issued to your account within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's ready.

Does my store credit expire?

Never. Your Sauft store credit has no expiration date. It's yours whenever you're ready to use it. 

What condition does an item need to be in to return it?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. No odors, stains, or pet hair. Original packaging preferred. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for store credit.

My item arrived damaged - what do I do?

We are so sorry. Please contact us at support@sauftofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace it immediately. No questions asked. That is our promise.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Treat it with the same softness it gives you.

Creator gifting depends on your tier:

How does the commission code work?

Every creator receives a unique discount code - SAUFT + [YOURNAME]. Share it with your audience. When someone uses your code at checkout, they get a discount and you earn a commission on every sale. Commissions are paid out monthly. There is no limit on how much you can earn. 

How do I submit my content for approval?

Submit your first video to us at support@sauftofficial.com before posting. We review within 48 hours. After your first approved post, you post directly going forward without pre-approval.

Can I post on any platform?

We prioritize TikTok and Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories). Pinterest is also welcome. Post wherever your audience is strongest - we want the content to perform for you. 

When do I get paid my commission?

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out by the end of the following month. You'll receive a breakdown of sales made through your code.

How do I create an account?

Visit sauftofficial.com and click 'Sign Up' or 'Create Account.' Enter your email and create a password. Once your account is created you'll automatically be enrolled in the Sauft Ambassador Program and receive your 100 welcome points.

I forgot my password - how do I reset it?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How do I update my shipping address?

Log into your account at sauftofficial.com and navigate to Account Settings. You can update your shipping address there. Please note - address changes cannot be made to orders that have already shipped.

How do I update my payment information?

Log into your account at sauftofficial.com and navigate to Account Settings → Payment Methods to update your card details. 

Where can I find my order history?

Log into your account at sauftofficial.com and navigate to Order History. All past orders, tracking information, and order details are available there.

How do I apply a discount code at checkout?

At checkout, look for the 'Discount Code' or 'Promo Code' field. Enter your code and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete your purchase.

Why isn't my discount code working?

A few things to check: make sure the code is entered exactly as given (no extra spaces), confirm the code hasn't expired, and check that the items in your cart are eligible. If you're still having trouble contact us at support@sauftofficial.com and we'll sort it out.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you have a tier discount code and a sale code, use whichever gives you the better deal.
